We finished the last vocal session today and my oh my, these three tracks are going to be insane! These guys are able to blend crushing metal with catchy sing-a-longs intuitively which will sound very refreshing to most ears.

We finished tracking the last guitar parts, vocals and gang vocals the last 2 days. It actually went faster than planned :).
Shit’s go’n be hot, be on the lookout for it!

Last weekend the boys from SHSS came in to lay down some tracks. The drum tracking went very well, so did the bass. While tracking the first guitar we encountered a minor setback with a faulty DI (it’s always the DI, always..) but we could live without it, so we did. Oh, and while we were at it, the boys decided to throw in another song so we ended up recording 3 songs instead of 2.

It’s starting to sound big and nasty and abrasive and whatnot already and it’s only going to get better (or worse, depending on your taste ;))! Next week these guys are coming back to finish these tracks with some more guitars and of course the vocals, it’s going to be rad..

This weekend it’s Rise a Thousand’s turn to lay down 2 of their tracks, we’re certainly excited!
